Manufacturing
biodegradable
packaging in Russia.
A full-cycle manufacturer. Our own plant in Kaluga, 5 production lines, TÜV OK Compost certification. Since 2014 we have shipped 78,000 tonnes of eco-packaging to 350+ wholesale partners.
The company's mission is the industrial replacement of single-use plastic with biodegradable packaging, without losing on cost or function.
Until 2018 biodegradable packaging in Russia remained a niche product with a 30–80% price premium over polypropylene. The company's goal is to bring PLA tableware and PBAT film to price parity with ordinary plastic while keeping certified environmental properties.
Since 2014 output has grown from 5 t to 12,000 t per year. The range spans 261 SKUs. There are 18 active export contracts across 8 countries.
Every production batch ships with a quality passport and an LCA report. Confirmed by external certificates: TÜV OK Compost, EN 13432, GOST R 57433, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
12 years in one timeline.
Founding
A 200 m² workshop in Kaluga. The first batch of PLA cups for a Moscow coffee shop — 5,000 pcs. A team of 4.
Range expansion
Added sugar-cane tableware and the first compostable PBAT bags. Launched an online store with a wholesale calculator.
Our own plant in Kaluga
Moved from contract manufacturing to in-house. Bought a 2-hectare plot and built an 8,500 m² plant with 3 lines. Earned the first TÜV certification.
Export to BY, KZ, AM
First export contracts — tableware and cups to Minsk, Almaty, Yerevan. Opened a Moscow warehouse to optimise logistics for B2B clients in the Central Federal District.
OEM line of business
Launched flexo printing on tableware and cups from 50,000 pcs. Won 28 OEM contracts in the first year alone — including 4 federal chains.
TÜV OK Compost and ISO 14001
Completed dual certification: TÜV OK Compost (industrial compost) and ISO 14001 (environmental management). Passed the LCA audit, confirming −68% CO₂.

What we won't cut corners on.
Lab reports
Every batch goes through QC and gets a quality passport. An LCA report — on request. No 'by analogy', no 'green words' without proof.
Raw materials & additives
We source PLA from NatureWorks (USA) and Total Corbion (NL). Cane — India and Brazil. No PFAS, BPA or phthalates. All raw-material specs are openly available.
Process transparency
Any client — a partner or a prospect — can visit the plant, walk the lines, see QC and talk to a process engineer. It is part of onboarding.
